To the employee that told me the leopard blue would turn my hair black.... it didn't. I now have silver blue and orange hair (copper came out pretty orange). All I wanted was a black and the swore it actually would do it. To say I'm unhappy with my look, only upside is its semi permanent so hopefully it will wash out.

I had a wonderful experience at Sally Beauty. The store was clean and well-stocked with a great variety of products. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. Their customer service was friendly and attentive, making my shopping easy and enjoyable. I will definitely return for my beauty needs!

Terrible went in to the store just to buy some essential nail supplies the store clerk acted as if she was looking at something on the aisle and watched me the entire time making me feel uncomfortable as she profiled me as if I was going to steal!!! Sally is getting worse year by year never will go again i’ll just go to Walmart!!!

Your employees, who are supposed to be versed in good customer service, need a lesson in how not to be rude to customers. Especially the employee with the reddish hair and piercings, was rude to my wife after my wife asked her one inoquous question. She should not be assisting clients with her bad attitude and hair trigger. Also, I am almost certain we did not get full credit for our return, but my wife just wanted to complete her transaction and leave the store.

I pride myself on having positive interactions with everyone, especially public-facing employees because I, too, am one. Unfortunately, not everyone respects other individuals to the same degree. Today, I entered this location for the first time ever and greeted the sales associate who was kneeling while organizing makeup. I, then, glanced around the store looking for the hair shears. I did not see them where I had previously seen them in other Sally locations; so, I asked the sales associate where the hair shears were located by saying, "Excuse me, where are the hair shears?". She stood and began to walk while saying "They are this way." I said, "No, I don't want to interrupt you. You can just tell me where they are. That's fine. " She did not acknowledge my statement and continued to wal
