Sally Beauty

Went Oct. 1, around 3:20. Didn’t ask employees name, but she was so sweet! Immediately greeted and was asked if I needed help finding anything, which I did. No hesitation led me to the items I needed and had a speedy checkout. Employee of the month right there!

I visited the store on 4-11-24 last Thursday at noon. The girl behind the register was busy, but she still took time out to help me find hair color and what ever else I needed. I just wanted to leave a review because she helped me pick out a great color for my hair and she didn't have time to do it. But made the time anyways. I will be coming back to this Sally's for now on. I really appreciate good service and this Sally's has it because of this employee. I tired looking for her name on the receipt so maybe a manager would see this and give her a raise because she deserves it- but there is nothing listed.

Soon as I walked in they welcomed me in the store and the vibes were excellent. I needed help with my dandruff problem and Jessica helped me find the right product to solve my dandruff problem. She was great help and her performance was A 1. I will most definitely come back and shop.

Came to the store on a Sunday at 11:30AM doors were locked and lights were off. Posted hours say they open at 11AM. As I was walking back to my car I saw a girl get dropped off and go inside with a key. Gave her 15 minutes to get set up and open the store. At 11:45am I went back up to the door and it is still locked with lights on. Make it make sense? Do you open at 11AM or not?

Nicest Sally's I've been to, both the interior of the store and employees. They're always very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in for more purple shampoo/conditioner and the employee there thus morning came over and mentioned about the buy 1 get 1 sale they were having for a better brand than I usually get, making it cheaper than it would have been for the generic I usually buy. Well stocked, clean and organized!
