this store was always my go to store but thanks to a african american employee i didn’t get her name her hair was short like almost bald short she’s big set thanks to that rude person im not coming back everyone else has been super nice to me and always answer my questions , but this lady in particular idk has a problem w being there every time i encounter her it’s always a drag , the last time i literally went to pick up a hair dye i called to be put to the side for me she grabbed it threw it on the counter the way it fell on the counter she didn’t even bother to pick it up or move it she struggled to find the bar code but yet did not touch it , she scanned it finally and then she told me the total i asked her if i can use my coupons and she looked at me like if i had asked her to let me

This location in specific has the best customer service. Everyone is knowledgeable and isn't scared to share their knowledge with their clients. Great tips, just the best. You don't get that anywhere else. 100% recommend.

I’ve been shopping at Sally’s For quite a while and I’ve never encountered a rude cashier but today I did. Her name is Mariah. I do not know why she has such a nasty Disposition but even asking simple questions about the product was an argument. She’s very condescending and belligerent, and all this was happening in front of my kid. Simply because I asked a question about a product I’m not familiar with. I went to Salon Centric. I went to Cosmo. Both of them are closed because it’s the 4th. so this was how I got here in the first place. And to be honest, I hope I never have to come back here. Her attitude, behavior and conduct was so disgusting, but I maintained because I was in front of my child If he wasn’t there, this situation definitely would’ve escalated because that woman is so ove

The gentleman who helped me out was very helpful and knowledgeable. I always like going to this Sally's as I've never had a bad experience and I always walk out learning something new. My hair color tuned out amazing thanks to his advice.

The poorest bottom of the barrel customer service ever experienced at this location. I was in Sally’s in Gardena on Redondo Beach today at 2:00pm , and let’s just say that the two female employees either did not attend..fell asleep or just dismissed the section on customer service in their training. While I stood in the same isle that the checkout registers were located looking for a product and waited for one of the women too finish helping their customers at the register, I watched both of them look right at me saying nothing and ignore me. The woman with the pink ponytail went back and forth from the register 3 times (no customers) looked at me and just stood by the register..again no customers. The other woman did the same thing 2 times and ended up staying in another part of the s
