Sally Beauty

As a Sally’s customer with few experiences I’d like to share this one specifically…I had a great experience the lady who was working there her name is Nicky , she was very helpful and knowledgeable with the hair products and answered every question I had with patience’s and respect. She went out her way to understand what I was wanting to with my hair. ( color fixing it) she did a awesome job and here are the products and processes of my hair with results thanks to her help!

Omg this Gallatin Sally Beauty is amazing!! Every time I’ve walked in they always been so incredibly helpful and not pushy. Olivia is the one that helped me the other day and she is EXCELLENT!! She perfectly explained a hair care product to me and made me feel confident doing my hair. I usually don’t ever write reviews but I thought this was very much worth it.

We drove out of the way to this location because they were the only one that was open till 9 PM and I am very glad we did. We were helped by somebody named Nikki, who was extremely kind to my daughter when she was having a hard time trying to pick a new hairstyle before school after moving here from another state, she was extremely nice and made it a great experience. My daughter was super excited and left there saying She’s never went somewhere where someone was this nice and helpful before. She wanted to go back the next day to show her what she did to her hair. we will always drive out of our way to go to this Sally’s location.

I went in today to get my usual hair dye. I was greeted and I told the young girl I was getting my usual hair dye. A guy from behind the counter said it’s still okay to ask questions with an attitude. The same girl checked me out and asked for my phone number. I don’t have a customer account with Sally’s and she said okay with a little bit of offense. I wouldn’t go back and look for another location. I believe in spending my money where I’m treated the way I want to be. The guy behind the counter was laughing when I left and watching me leave until I looked back at him. So yeah they were talking about me. By his greeting I wouldn’t have bought anything but needed the hair dye for an up coming vacation. Go ahead and laugh as it will be the last money you see of mine ever again.

I've been into a lot of Sally's locations but Izzy at this location definitely made this location the best! She was so sweet and very helpful! She answered everyone's questions in there and was so attentive and understanding to the multiple people in the store at the time. I wish there was an Izzy at every store because I only want to deal with her now.
