VERY BAD experience, employees doesn’t know how the products work ending on a bad result on what THEY RECOMMENDED, came back to show them what happened to my hair and the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE

Informative staff—clean store—nice sales— ABS (they/them) the manager was AMAZING. They paid attention to my concerns and helped me decide on what to do to get my hair the color I want it to be. They also exchanged my previous products for the new ones. So nice and very informative. I used to prefer the Sally’s in flowery branch, but now I will definitely come here instead. 🌝

Had 3 employee help me change my virgin hair to light brown was completely lied to did not change my hair color and came back to ask for help on to see if I had did anything wrong they were not there a lovely lady with a short pixie helped me and told me everything the past employees had said was faules and helped me out definitely felt lied to and now my virgin hair has to wait a month to be able to be redyed very unprofessional and seemed to up price me for there own benefits
