Great costumer service, every time I go there it’s always amazing help from staff. I love how friendly they are and how helpful they.

Normally have a very good experience with a staff however I arrived 7 minutes before closing and they had already locked the doors and rather than assisting and having the doors open for a quick sale the staff stood at me staring at me and then ignored me at the door. It's understandable when you want to go home But if you have Customers And it is still not the exact time to close Then the common courtesy and customer service should be provided

The associates here are very sweet. Every time i come in looking for a product, I always leave with the exact items I needed to reach the desired look. One of the best locations hands down!! thank you everyone for your contributions of making the process super fun, and easy!!

Had a dye job that wasn’t great and a big event that was happening a week later. Rushed my behind to this store because I am beauty illiterate and I’ve never been more impressed by customer service in my life. I wish I remembered their names but both the employees that helped me were amazing, kind, super helpful and my bad dye job was fixed within 24 hours! Eternally grateful ❤️
