Love this store, Stephanie helped me today, greeted me at the door, helped me find more than I needed... Lol awesome store thank you for all your help

The super light blonde haired lady, was super awesome and helped out a ton. However, the older lady smoking a cigarette outside the store whenever we walked in proceeded to talk to the new cashier as if she had no clue what was going, was super rude to her, and made us feel horrible for the obviously new cashier. She didn’t even greet us as we walked into the store and then had the audacity to treat her fellow co worker as if she had no sense, when she was making the simplest of mistakes as she is still learning. The whole experience was super weird as soon as the older lady walked back in from smoking her cigarette.

Great Customer Service, the minute I walked in Vanessa greeted me with a big smile. She was very Helpful on what I wanted also explained what each product was and how to use it. I do recommend Sally’s in Frisco Co. The employees there go above and beyond always with good attitude. Thanks again Vanessa keep it up! 💕

As long they sale me what the price is on the tags we are ok. Everything else, these women or cashiers get in so much trouble, or fired, and at the end bitter against customers. I wouldn’t ask them anything even after they act as they know what they are doing they get discounts to work here not me the sales in the store is obnoxious they should be selling cars when they are not certified beauticians. The store always got what I need always shopping here.

Stephanie is great, super sweet and is willing to go above and beyond for the customers. She dropped off some hair dye at Wholefoods for me even though it was out of her way and she was off the clock. She honestly gives great customer service
