Great customer service person was able to answer, All my questions. I especially appreciate the help .Especially when i'm bleaching my hair, I need a person able to answer all my questions.Which they were able to and I will be turning good customer service😁

Products I love not always in stock, either not enough or none at all. It's a hit & miss kinda thing as well as their customer service. Sometimes friendly sometimes very rude. It feels like us customers are bothering them. I go here as my very last resort.

Came here with my friend to buy some hair dye for my grays, and the cashier was very helpful and recommended a hair serum that helps rid of gray hair which I wasn't even aware existed. I'm excited to try it now!😊

Customer service sucks at this location. I was in the store for a good 15 minutes mind you I was the only customer in there & I was not approached even though I obviously needed the help. Then when I decided to ask the girl in the front she acted like I was bugging her & she barely recommended 2 things to me in a rush.

Service was fine. Store was offering a free bag with the purchase of 3 items. Although there were a few in the window, clerk apologized, said it was first come,first served and they didn't have any more . I will report to corporate.
