The girls that work in there one is kinda tom boy lookin and always has funky colored hair she’s been working there awhile and the other girl had colored hair first time I ever saw her but went in today to get toner for my hair that I’ve done 100 times to my hair they swore up and down I needed to do something different they swore they knew what they were talking about they were color trained so I listened and did exactly what they said and my hair is a damn mess now I’m gonna have to totally rebleach my hair. If girls are gonna work there and be “color experts” TRAIN THEM BETTER!!!

Placed delivery order online and was sent one of the wrong products and was not made aware that two of the other products were unavailable until delivery. A courtesy call or email would have been appreciated to offer a substitute for unavailable products. The products were listed available online. I shop at Sally’s pretty frequently and I’m very disappointed in the service today.

Great trip. Went in for a new hair styling tool, the associate was super helpful and was able to assist me with finding just the right one for my budget. Great selection. Also was able to get some new nail polish at a great deal. Cant wait to learn more about the new rewards program.

Went in wanting a good fall color that would be easy to lighten. I was helped by a wonderful lady and out the door in less than 20 minutes with everything I needed! I absolutely love the color and greatly appreciate the friendliness and how helpful the associate was!! This is definitely my go to Sally’s!!!

Needed some help with some hair color for my very dark hair and help with my step daughter's hair in terms of straightening serums. The ladies here were helpful, gave some great tips on how NOT to use the products and even found some other things I had been looking for. This place is great! Going back to get a UV nail lamp.
