Sally Beauty

This Sally's on Okachobee Rd in Fort Pierce is a nice store. Check out clearance section on right shelves of left aisle. Found some high end things 1/2 off or more Marshall( I think it's his name my memory... meh) is great. He's upbeat and smiles & makes you feel welcome. Imo, it feels best 2 give my money to Mom & Pops. There aren't many left but believe it or not I have been waited on by owners who made feel like they didn't really care if I bought something or took any real interest in helping me get the best product I could afford. There are times that I won't return to a privately owned retail store b/c I felt like they were either in a bad mood or acted like they were doing me a favor by taking my money. Someone should tell them "Hey if you're not a ppl person hire somebody who is"

First time coming into this store & I will definitely be back. The store is immaculate & clean & the staff was amazing. The Manager was super nice & I didn't get the lady that helped us name but she had purplish and blonde hair and was absolutely so nice and so helpful. She helped us the entire time we were in the store. I will definitely recommend Sally's. Especially this one.

Ordered ahead for easy and quick pickup provided credit card information and still took almost 20 minutes for transaction. The sales rep had a mask on her chin not covering nose and mouth. Not including myself were five other customers wearing mask correctly not wanting to be exposed to vivid. NOT GOOD.

Not very friendly. They never have what u need in stock. I went there on April 20,2017 and noticed the door was locked. I called to find out what was going on and was told they were having a meeting and would reopen in 10 min. Well how about 20 min later they finally reopened. Me being a faithful customer waited patiently. While sitting there 6 people came by and pulled on the door and left. Once inside that's when I discovered they didn't even have what I needed. I asked the sales clerk to see if they had it in the back yes she went and looked but no they didn't have it in the back as usual. She didn't even say well would you like for me to call another store to see if they have it in stock. Well I ended up calling SLW Sally's and they had everything I needed. Service was just fine. Selection was just fine. Store was clean as near as I could tell. However, the bottle of 30 developer I purchased contained a unwelcome surprise. Got it home, opened it up to use it and found the contents of the bottle to be WATER😳.... Note to self... thoroughly check any future purchases before leaving the store🤦.
