Very nice clean store. If you're looking for cosmetics or beauty supplies they might have it. Store associate was super kind fast and professional I was about to get in and out quickly and get the order for my customer.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rewards program. Hair swatches representing dye colors makes it easy to chose what shade you want.

I don’t normally write reviews unless I have had a negative experience. I bought the wrong hair color on my lunch break, I was in a hurry. I came back to do an even exchange, and the manger guy said I owed more money. It was the same product, just a different color! I used a coupon with my first purchase, and he wouldn’t override the price. I know he probably could, I worked in retail for many years at several well known stores, they were always willing to price override with even exchanges.

Cashier today @1pm needs retraining, I asked her if she can help me correct my hair, educate me cause I'm no hairdresser. She showed me one product and that was it I refused to ask further cause she seemed bothered or just didn't know anything. I picked out a dye and call it a day and even as I was paying she didn't want to change my address and just wanted me to go. I just had to laugh, it's brutal to see people not wanting to give the bare minimum.

The new girl there is bringing the store down. I hate giving bad reviews, but I also hate not getting constructive feedback. I am so used to getting products quickly from super knowable staff. I don’t want to explain the horrific service and experience I had with this recent new hire. All I have to say is “why?!!!”
