Sally Beauty

I'm from Florida now I'm living in Iowa. I have always shopped at Sally’s. This is my first time ever experiencing a non-diverse shopping experience. I know they have options online but this location needs to cater to people of color also!! Regardless if we're outnumbered, we’re here. Please add more things thank you

Never offered any assistance and then charged 15 cents for a paper bag that I'm suppose to bring in and reuse!?! I fully understand recycling however your employees stand behind plexiglass for their protection and yet you want me to bring in a used bag? Silly!! Inventory has been horrible the last few times I've been in as well. Not able to take advantage of sales when there are no products available.

Jocelyn was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She has a horrible attitude and I honestly felt dumber after speaking to her. This place needs closed before too many people go bald from their ill advised recommendations. Seriously, I am shocked at how rude Jocelyn is. I wonder how many other people have had a lovely experience with this girl.

I found the staff knowledgeable and helpful. Several options were offered for what I was looking for and she left if up to me to decide which option to go for. I could however have used a nudge as to which was best for me I was nervous and new to this product type.

They had no idea what the answer to my question was but instead of looking it up or letting me know so I can look it up myself they lied for the sale. Not the first sally's I've had this issue with either. Spent $50 at sally's just to go on Amazon less thank a week later.
