I mistakenly put this as pick up location versus Madison which is closer. I’m glad I visited this store because the employees were super friendly and helpful. Joclyn was training and new yet I had no idea because she did such a wonderful job. Haylee was training her and also assisted me and she was awesome! I had such a wonderful deal what this store and decided I MUST do a review to give them their props! The store was very neat, clean and organized. And had products in stock that the Madison store rarely has like the Doo gro hair oil etc. They also have a clearance shelf in rear of store. I highly recommend this location for all of your beauty needs!

I walk into Sally’s and was in total shock as to how immaculate this store was. Margaret, the Store Manager, has turned this store around to what I believe is one of the best run stores I have ever seen. Thank you Margaret for your excellent customer service, your professionalism, and all around great attitude. Sally’s is truly lucky to have you as manager of this store.

I visited Sally's this evening to get haircolor and developer. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a sales associate named Jocelyn. She helped me pick out everything I needed, and told me about a buy 2 get one free sale. When I made my purchase, at first the items were not ringing up on sale so Jocelyn took the time to call her supervisor in order to fix the problem. She realized I had to purchase all the same brand products to get the sales price so she assisted me in finding all products I needed that were the same brand so I could get the sales price. She did all of that while assisting other customers! She went above and beyond to make sure i had a great experience! I was surprised when she told me she was a new employee!

The staff is SO sweet. I never leave reviews ever but i had to pay compliments to the staff at this location because they were incredibly helpful and kind overall 🩷

I came at 7:57 the time says 8. The young lady with a pink jacket on had already locked the door and said she was counting down her draw showing me the change bag. I said well it's 7:58. So you just gonna close early???? And she acted like she didn't care. I proceeded to tell her it says 8 on the door it's not 8 yet. So she just close the store down. I worked in plenty of places. And you don't lock the door til closing very disappointed and will be reaching out further because this is unacceptable. I rushed over only to not be let in. Ik as a business owner If I close down my store at 8 than it's closed at 8 not a minute before. But she had locked the door and was counting her register
