I needed to figure out what I was doing wrong with dying my hair, it kept washing out after the second wash. I felt like a pitiful lost puppy in the store. Then, out of nowhere, popped up Salina. Soft spoken and just radiated genuine kindness. She listened to my problem attentively, asked questions and truly did everything in her power to make sure my problem was fixed by her informative guidance. She stayed right by my side to ensure I had everything I needed and all the proper information. She was just the absolute nicest person. She needs a raise. Give her a raise. She deserves it and she has earned it. Thank you Salina for your help. Thank you.

I needed spritz spray, doo grow and protein hair gel. the employee in the store was very nice and professional. She did take me to the aisle I needed in order to pick the things I needed. The store is very clean. Due to COVID-19 some things were out of stock. I will be coming back to buy my hair needs from this store all the time.

Two stars for good selection of nail products. Everyone has great experiences it seems, except me. I went in to buy my usual nail items and asked the lady if there were any leave in treatments with heat protection ( for thin hair), she said there was nothing like that. I said oh, I saw a heat protectant and there's nothing like that... With a treatment aspect? She said no I already told you, what are you asking. She was so rude and dismissive. (There was it's a ten products at the counter.... A combined treatment and heat protection product, I just wanted to try something different).

Great customer service! Store manager was so sweet and was able to help us with the issues we were having! Would definitely come back here!
