I bought nails today and needed help with glue. That nice employee helped me with it . She was super nice. Then the cashier girl was also super sweet and omg her nails where beautiful I thought a pro did them but she did. She is a pro in my book tbh . Those where the cutest nails ive ever seen . Especially the bows and designs . She's so talented but both employees where super nice and helpful. Best customer service ever !!!!! This is why I love going to sallys. I had a long rough day and they made me feel so much better by their kindness. Definitely appreciate them both!!! I wish I bought there names tho. One was putting stock up when I asked about glue and the other had the cute nails. Those two employee of the years in my book.😁😁😁

the woman at the register is sweet and cheery, and i like her a lot. usually when coming in here the employees are nice, or assist you if you need help. i haven’t been here in half a year though. came in looking for a product, spent maybe 10 minutes in the aisle looking, had trouble finding the right product, tried to ask the employee with the pink dyed money-piece for help, and was ignored. not a huge deal, i thought, as maybe they didn’t hear me. then, another woman came in, went to the same aisle, and the employee immediately asked her twice if she needed help, to which she said no. after being ignored the first time, i verbally asked myself where to find the product to maybe get their attention— as asking directly and being ignored again would be too embarrassing— and still nothing. t

Went in with a Wella brand toner & needed a developer so I could tone my blonde hair. These ladies assisted me with finding a literal 40 Vol. developer which literally lifted my natural hair color and ruined my blonde. Now I’m paying hundreds of dollars to get what I had before in salons. Absolutely disgusting said that is what I needed and everything makes sense why they aren’t licensed. Upset is an understatement. Don’t trust Sally’s workers

The people working at this location are seriously the best. They always compliment me, are the sweetest. Always willing to help me, and feel like friends when I go in. They’re all a breath of fresh air in today’s negative world. They deserve recognition for their amazing service 🖤

I can tell that they are a little short staffed and I am understanding to that. I went in looking to get a few things but I was going to ask a few questions in regards to what their top products are for a at home gel manicures and go from there. Every employee was helping someone. So I figured I would just get something else that I needed and come back another time or go and do some more research online since I had somewhere to be. So I'm waiting in line, I'm the next one to get checked out. One woman is still checking a gentleman out but the girl with pink/blue hair finishes checking a lady out, looks at me then to the person who was in line behind me and walked past me to see if she found everything alright and then walked off with her to look at more products.
