Kat is amazing! I am a newbie and walked in with no knowledge of how to color my hair. Was hesitant for sure, but didn't want to spend the money to get it professionally done. She explained the entire process to me, she even wrote the entire process down, step by step, because I wasn't sure that I would remember it. So helpful! My results were amazing following the steps. Hair was glossy and color vibrant!

I went in today to find a good copper dye without lightening my hair. DJ, one of the sales associates, helped me and ran through different options so I wouldn’t have to lighten my hair. I was so happy with the results, which were exactly what I wanted (matched the picture that I had and everything), that I went back later in the day to pay her a compliment. Thank you SO much DJ, I love my color!!

Some people use my phone number for the discount, I just earned my reward and someone ended up using my phone number, and the associate without asking just put through my reward, and of course Sally’s customer service sucks that they won’t reissue my reward! The exchange process is terrible at that too, you return something and if you’re rebuying it same exact product it won’t be the same price, they are ridiculous!

Love this Sally Beauty! The employees are always ready to help choose hair color and are very knowledgeable about all of their products. Salem, in particular, was explaining different developer level results to another customer and I found it incredibly informative, and they were quick to attend the register for me to receive my online order. Always polite and efficient!
