Great place for me to purchase my hair products. Unfortunately, this store did not have want i wanted so I had to improvise. There is always a sale. What would have cost me $8.00 somewhere else cost $6.00 here. Great customer service from attendant. Plus I received a free makeup bag for my purchase... Free stuff is always Great!

Was just in this store to buy a new blade for my clippers. Noticed the clipper blade was a bit higher than I normally pay so decided not to purchase the blade, went to return it to the shelf and the young white lady walked behind me to check that I replaced the item. It's May 27th, 2025! Why do people still assume a black male is stealing 🤔?? Like that's crazy to me.. this is why I normally order things online instead of going into stores to be harassed as a thief. As a black man, I've been harassed enough. Get it together people.. 💔

I ordered online at this location because I am out of town and cannot order at my usual location. The process should have been quick and easy. When I walked into the store, the associate with bright pink hair was helping another customer, which was fine. However, I continued to stand at the counter for 5 minutes without the associate even bothering to acknowledge that I was waiting for her- she continued talking with another customer. Finally, after I had peered down the aisle twice to indicate that yes, I was waiting for her, she decided to call another associate from behind the store to come help me, however, the girl was obviously new and did not know how to process the transaction (at no fault to her). Me n my daughter were here just this morning , the cashier , a black women with really short white hair was on phone we were literally waiting for her to check us out but she was not bothered , and then while on the phone she started ringing our products which wouldn’t reflect on the screen outside as it was showing us the previous transaction which was already been paid using a Visa card , she asked us to pay that same amount , wen we told her this is not wat we purchased , she got really mad the total for the previous purchase was $ 55and some change. We told her to cancel the transaction n start all over again she started arguing and then she finally did that and my total came up to $35. She had no courtesy to apologize or own her mistake. My experience here was beyond amazing thanks to Ashley and Christina. They were the best with helping me with the products I need to find that can only be found at Sally’s. I felt so helped. I really do appreciate them. They are educated on the products and very helpful. They informed of things I needed to know when dying my hair. Especially Ashley on how to dye it. I would def suggest them on some corporate jobs. Give those ladies raises!!! They deserve it. Sally’s Beauty made a great choice by hiring them. I didn’t feel like a bother, I felt very much appreciated because of how attentive and helpful they are. Thank you thank you Ashley and Christina.
