Underwhelming. Crust texture gets the 2 stars, crust had no flavor. Sauce out of a can flavored. Dough had zero fermentation, just no flavor at all. Ordered large and had over 4 inches of space between box and pizza edge, definitely a small. Will not try again.

Went on 11/15/25 at 6:00pm 2 girls in counter just talking I asked for help and all they said was what ever is out is what they have she could have offered to check the back. Very bad costumer service.

Doors say they open at 10, website says they open at 10. Came to get one item at 10:25 and the doors were locked. Lights were on, back room was lit up. I called 3 times and no one picked up the phone. I understand that many locations are short staffed, at least put a note on the door, or answer the phone and have some respect for people’s time. I was one of 3 customers waiting outside.

Very friendly associate who even walked me to my products without asking! I came in forba return but also wanted to look at products. I'm used to exchanged being exact product for exact oroduct but they recommended I exchange and simoly cover the difference. It was a good idea that I did not consider. Store is very big and well organized, with lots of products in stock! I'm used to seeing empty shelves or not full lines but this location certainly has things in order. Clean and calm atmosphere. They had walked me through the exchange process and even answered my questions about the Sally's app. Would definitely purchase here again!

Lady closed the door right in my face 8 mins before closing hours. Did not even ask what I was getting. All I need was one item. Did not even apologize.
