I was here the other day and by far the worst experience I have ever had. It seems like there is new staff that don’t want to work. I ask a question and they seem to not know anything. This store was always my go to because the staff before were always so friendly and knowledgeable about the products. There were two young Spanish speaking ladies and an older lady with curly black hair who would help me all the time and now, nobody to speak Spanish.

I had an amazing experience working with JUANITA to find the perfect hair color. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, taking the time to listen to what I wanted and guiding me with her expert advice. I truly appreciated how she explained every option and considered my skin tone, hair type, and lifestyle before making any recommendations. Her eye for color and professionalism made me feel completely confident in her hands. Thanks to her, I walked away with a color I absolutely love. First time going to this store, and I just wanted to give a 5 star review just to recognize the store employee. I dont know her name, but she was just so friendly and helpful and cheerful....you dont see that level of positive engagement with customers very often. Great job!

Harlow was the absolute best. I’ve been having a hard couple weeks and their energy truly brightened up my day!! Their suggestions were so helpful as I went into the store with no prior knowledge of dying my hair. They even went through the work of bagging my items separately and labeling them in the order I had to use them on my hair. Above and BEYOND service!

I love this location. I wandered in because I was in the area and the employees were beyond friendly and very helpful. I got an solid recommendation too! As someone who has done her own hair for almost 8 years, I don’t take those easily. I might even drive out of the way to get my color from here...very well stocked. The location near me in East Norriton is never stocked with my colors! You guys are awesome, thanks so much!
