I went into this store on 12/19. And wow. This store is so clean. Everyone is super nice and eager to help. They seem to really know what they’re doing and there’s a girl there with gorgeous pink and purple hair I believe it was. She seems to know what she’s doing. I was helped by a girl with brown hair and glasses. She’s super sweet and the gentleman that works there instantly greeted my mother and I and offered some help. 10/10 would recommend. Everyone was so nice! 😊

I walked in not really having an idea of what to do to my hair, I just knew I wanted to switch it up. Thankfully the most friendly employee Juliana gave me a few ideas and was so helpful when it came to product recommendations. That girl needs a raise with her customer service game!!!

Delivery of the order was wrong and when we called to get it fixed, the employees were not interested in being helpful and ended up being rude and "Heather" actually hung up on my wife. I listened to that exchange, so I called back and asked her why she hung up and she said my wife "was cussing" at her. I heard the whole phone call...my wife did not use a cuss word. So this employee not only did not make an effort to rectify the store's failed order, she doubled-down and lied to me about my wife. I told her not to hang up on me or I'm just come down in person to finish the conversation. She replied that now I was "threatening" her. Horrible place would not recommend. They will recommend you things that have lots of chemicals. I overheard the team talking about how to build customers “basket” to get the customer to spend more !!! The person that helped me was Julie, she was very pushy about me purchasing products, and she was rude and disrespectful she kept following me around making me feel very uncomfortable.
