I had the best experience here ever! My favorite Sally “therapist” Michelle is such an amazingly motivated woman. She has a beautiful heart and soul. I think people believe that she is hard on them when she is trying to help. That is not the case. She actually does care about the customers and what they’re looking for she is very direct but she has a soft center. We stood and talked for 10 minutes while the store was empty. I got to know her better. We worked together on some colors and she introduced me to an amazing scent by Sabrina Carpenter. She helped me to match two of them and they paired beautifully. I just wanted to write this review because she deserves it.
Was headed to Walmart to grab some anti dandruff shampoo when I noticed it was crazy busy and decided to give Sally’s my business. The moment I walked in I was greeted and I asked what I was looking for. I said I needed anti dandruff shampoo and before I could even finish my sentence the olderly blonde woman said “NOPE, we don’t have that.” So I said okay and proceeded to look on my own when she decided to follow me around the store and ended up finding the product she claimed they didn’t have. Once I explained I was looking for a specific active ingredient she again tried to explain to me that they don’t have that while ironically handing me a bottle of head and shoulders that did have the zinc I needed. However, the lack of interest in actually helping me and the rude commentary, I made
I had a very disappointing experience at Sally Beauty Supply tonight. I walked in because my hairdresser recommended I purchase my shampoo, conditioner, and brass remover there. When I entered, a younger associate greeted me politely and asked if I needed help. I let her know I was browsing for something specific but wouldn’t know the exact product until I saw it. Shortly after, an older blonde associate approached me in a very rude manner and demanded to know what I was looking for. I explained—politely—that it was a blue bottle and that I didn’t know the name until I saw it. She repeatedly insisted it should be under my account, even after I clearly told her twice that I do not have an account there. Her response was dismissive and unprofessional. She bluntly told me it seemed like the
I love this store but the corporate policy during the holidays of not accepting $100 bills is just ridiculous. I had over $77 worth of merchandise for my daughter's Christmas and they told me they couldn't accept a $100 bill because "it could be counterfeit" and the policy wouldn't let them accept it. Like guys, there are a lot of easy, cheap ways that lots of other stores employ to detect counterfeit bills. As much as I like this store this policy is just stupid and will definitely impact me purchasing at Sally's again in the future.
I went in there for some extra rods and a perm kit, I came out with nothing. The older lady working there was breathing down my neck telling me what I needed and was trying to make me buy an extra perm because she said she uses 2 as she pointed to her hair which was short and STRAIGHT might I add. I am the only person who has ever permed my hair I told her I know what I need and she still proceeded to act like she knows more. I didn't buy anything that day from Sally's and I like Sally's but I don't believe I'll ever go back to the one in enterprise. Word of advice, approach someone if they ASK for your help first. "That is aallll imm sayiing"....
