Casey helped me pick some hair supplies and made sure I had everything I needed. It was helpful that she has experience in the beauty field and was able to help me with my frizzy hair. Also they had a big 4 for $30 sale and I saved so so much $$! Hair swatches were helpful and the store was clean.

Poor service I went in cashier didn't even acknowledge that I came in the store I kept walking out of the aisle to see if she noticed that I needed help.. but she kept calling customers on the phone and when I asked her for help she told me she would be with me in a minute.. and called another customer won't step foot in there again I wouldn't give a 24th of a star

I been buying this edge Gel called silk Elements strength and silk Edge Gel with coconut oil and silk. I been buying it for years my daughter told me about it love it. I have been going to the Daytonmall store for months trying to find it. They tell me the same thing it not in stock ok since the winter. I also called other stores for it Kettering, Beavercreek there saying the same thing. Not good at all not good.

Awesome customer service, and the store was clean and orderly with assistance available, but not hovering.

The lady cashier was really respectful to me, and my crew. She answered me with "Yessir"
