Very friendly staff greeted me at the door, someone noticed right away I didn't know where to look for what I needed, she offered help and found everything I wanted to touch up my hair without hurting my scalp. The store was very tidy and bright, the parking lot wasn't busy or treacherous to navigate either. Great experience at a location that isn't my usual one to visit!
My daughter and I love all the ladies at Enfield Sally Beauty. They are always happy to answer our questions and offer recommendations. Absolutely no complaints here, ever. Thank you, ladies!

I was really disappointed to find out that Sally Beauty doesn't have a grace period for their rewards. Sometimes life gets in the way and I feel that they should at least have a seven day grace period. I'm just going to do my business at Ulta or Sephora from now on...
I don't have a problem with the store. I have a problem with the store hours. Why is it that a beauty supply doesn't open until 10a m during the week?
