Went on a Friday which obviously said they close at 9pm but they locked the doors at 8:02pm and they were just at the register just looking at us weird I've usually never had a problem with this store till now😒

One of the younger girls that works there with dark hair wasno help. I asked her a simple question about the earrings they were selling & she didn't know nothing about them . She kept telling me I don't know.

The store is always neat and always have what I need! But I give them 1 star because they have horrible customer service here they even make you feel uncomfortable while shopping or scared to even ask a question because they carry a grumpy face specially the taller girl with blonde hair uhhh I think she hates what she does by the look of her face! Unfortunately we have to shop here because there removing the Sally's at Rosemead 😭 the girls there are so nice❤

At this sallys location they aren't too helpful.. I just went in yesterday because i got a coupon in the mail saying i have a free item to reedem and it expires at the end of this month and 2 employees told me i was unable to redeem this free item because they were not sure if the codes were the same and i was also wanting my free item for renewing my sallys beauty club card and again i wasn't able to get it because they couldn't get in touch with corporates office. A few weeks ago on the 7th of January i renewed my card and was expecting my free item because every single time i have ever renewed my club card i always got the free item that same day but the cashier told me she couldn't give it to me until i received an email saying i could redeem it. If I could give this place zero Stars I would. The moment I walked in there I was followed by both employees extremely uncomfortable
