customer service is 0 plus. the lady keep talking- non stop with her coworker in annoying way loud and continuously. because they are busy talking they did not ask me if i need help . when i left they say thank you and did not ask if i find what i want.

Hair dye : cover those grays baby. Carla was absolutely incredible and helped me so much. I’ll be returning again. She had great customer service and was incredibly sweet. Thank you.

I've been coming to this beauty supply for several years now and I must say that I'm always satisfied with my purchases. I go here to always get my jet black hair dyes and after treatments. The beauty member card is not even expensive and good for several uses and discounts so I don't mind. The ladies/employees are very sweet and helpful. They always ask if you need help, they greet you and that's just a better experience. Love this place.

Customer service here is absolutely terrible. I had several different problems in one visit. The cashier put my phone number in wrong the first time and was getting frustrated with me when I was trying to correct it. She also told me that if I spent 10 more dollars I would get $10 off of $40 so I spent another couple minutes trying to find something to bring up the total. When I went back to the register she said my total was over $40 without the $10 dollars off and when I questioned it she said, with attitude, that the discount was only for hair care products, which she could have told me the first time. Then she made a mistake on the transaction and started a return without notifying me while asking for my information and card again, and did not tell me what was going on until I question

I am a member with Sally club for many years now, I wish there were negative stars I would have given them that instead of this star. The staff in this location are horrible not cooperative at all every time I go I leave not satisfied at all. But today I decided to right a review about them to show how frustrated I am from the staff. I had a $5 coupon in a previous purchase I made more than a month ago at the same time I received an email with the same code for the coupon and I compared the numbers and it was matching. I was passing close to the shop at Jamacha RD. And I went to get what I needed at the end I showed them the email coupon and they told me I need to bring the receipt. I told them the code matches and she can type it since no one can use the code twice, but she refused. I ask
