Sally Beauty

Just visited this store for the first and last time. Three ladies behind the counter when I walked in, as soon as I walk in one with blue streaks in her hair immediately follows after me into the aisle and proceeds to just stand around nearby while I shop. I grabbed what I needed and went up to the register and suddenly she’s done in the aisle too. Not sure what gave them the impression I needed to be followed (I’m sure you can guess what my skin looks like based on their behavior). Certainly won’t spend my money there again.

Juno and Ryder was so amazing with helping us find what we needed. They were amazing help and they helped make sure we got exactly what were needed.

Jae offered very poor customer service today. Very short and disrespectful as a barber I already don’t like coming to Sally’s for supplies but to lady’s interaction with jay or Jae and this location solidified why no one likes this location.

This place is so trash! Whatever “manager” that was working was a complete idiot and such a rude person. I use the term manager loosely too because she was far from someone that should be left in charge of a store. I forgot her name but she was an overweight lady with tattoos on her hands and fingers and a horrible hair style that was not flattering her already heavy set face, she proceeded to talk about me and the fact that she thought I was going to steal something loud enough for me to hear, in which after I heard her bad mouthing a customer I told her that I was able to hear her making rude, presumptuous accusations about me which were untrue and offensive and she continued to be rude to me and started to call me names and told me to get out of her store and that she was going to call

Showed up a few mins before 8. the young girl let me know that they closed at 8 & would not let me check out even though apple maps & their website says they are open til 9 but it’s changed on their store display.
