The lady with the two tone burgundy and blonde hair is amazing i think her name is tiffany but i can’t remember, she was super sweet and helpful and even gave me inspiration for my next nail project ! Love this store and the employees

Horrible customer service!! The Guy working there don't know anything about hair and the sarcasm is way out of line! He told me to put my glasses on to see and find what I was looking for. How unprofessional! He was acting like a Karen! I made a review before and some how was deleted. This place needs to do more training.

Ignore all the Karen's and their low reviews please!!!😊😊😊 Let me tell you something...these people working there do a great job! An amazing job! They will not help you, however, if you do not understand how to behave yourself in a retail store. It's very simple. Don't be rude or disrespectful when you're trying to return something. Understand the person working in the store does not own the company or make corporate decisions for it. Realize the person is a human being and not your personal retail robot slave. They will absolutely help you and give you better advice than any of the other sallys in the area, just be kind and you'll see😁 I also used to work here. One of my favorite Sally’s. The store is always bright, clean, organized and well stocked. The employees are always very friendly and helpful to any questions that you may have about the products they sell.

I am not even sorry about this, but the cashier woman was completely rude and snarky. Her tone when I was asking her if I needed to mix hair dye with something was rude. I left the store not wanting to pay for something after her.
