I had a great experience at Sally’s Beauty Supply! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made shopping there a pleasure. They had everything I came in for and I even found a few extra gems I didn’t know I needed! The store was well-stocked and organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Stopped in to get temporary hair color for a birthday gift. The employee was the nicest person! As a 54 year old bald man, hair color for a 12 year old girl is not my expertise... She was kind and took the time to explain everything!

Olivia was amazinggg!!!!! She literally helped me through a hair color crisis. I’ve never met anyone with such patience & dedication to make sure I had the correct products to color my hair. I did come in earlier for help with my hair and was misguided by another employee and the employee seemed like she was more so focused on me getting out of the store instead of genuinely helping me. Happy to have met Olivia though when I came back!

Despite everything going on within the last few months, the store has gained stock and very knowledgeable employees. Its a work in process as everything is but it is noticeably fuller.

No one at the shop at 10:10 on a Monday morning and no sign at the door explaining why they are closed 🥲 used to love this shop but would have liked to know they were closed.
