Sally's products, ok. People they hire, unprofessional. Walked in to grab something small and overheard a conversation between the manager and another worker discussing how another employees emotions aren't fit for the work place. Despite both of these women openly gossiping about an employee ON THE FLOOR, ON SPEAKER. I'd be more worried about the grown women having a gossip sesh in front of customers and cut my losses if I was her. Soooo unprofessional and unclassy.

Some people just shouldn’t work with the public and India is a perfect example. She has no basic customer service skills and is extremely rude. She treated everyone as if they were a bother the whole time. I still treated her with kindness even though she was so rude and unprofessional.

Good selection, knowledgeable staff. Found some good items in the clearance section.

Great service from the manager Helen. Everything was easy to find, she was so happy and fine with helping out, and she made everything enjoyable. Great store with great staff.
