Customer service is at an all time high, 10/10. My sister and I were serviced by Ellen. She was VERY helpful recommending products for our curly hair. Positive, confident, and friendly attitude! She made us both comfortable with asking multiple questions & she is very easy to talk with. She knows exactly what she is talking about & I would definitely recommend her help to anyone who needs it!

The people that work in this specific Sally’s are very well informed. I come in pretty often and every question I’ve had is answered and helpful. Every product they’ve suggested has given me what I expected. I’ve been to so many Sally’s but this one has some gems for people.

The sales lady, Zoey, was very helpful. I needed several items, and she had insight on the best ones. The store was well stocked, clean, and easily navigated. I will definitely return to this store.

They are always cheap and so very cool in the helping without being aggravated awesome people skills good job God is good all the time

Not the best selection, but still a pretty good variety. Clearance sections are always popping. With the exception of the store manager, the staff is fun and friendly. They always seem to have issues with their computer system, it's regularly impossible to make some coupons go through, even when it's specified that they can indeed be combined. Sometimes seems like no one really knows how to work the damn thing, or it just absolutely refuses too function properly.
