I'm a kitchen beautician of 20+years I love our local Sally's! As a woman who's always been on a budget but loves to keep up with her hair and nails herself this store is wonderful! The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful and not judgemental. I used Chat GPT to help me figure out that I am a soft autumn and it suggested box dyes and professional colors I opted for boxed (only cause I have more exp with them, I'm never doing major changes 2 or 3 shades lighter or darker is as much as I ever attempt) anyhow I went with Garnier Nutrisse Dark Natural Blonde I'm very happy with it and I'll be going to Sally's next week to get a hair gloss to keep a beautiful shine and color to it. I absolutely LOVE shopping at this store. The manager & her crew are simply amazing because they acknowledge your presence when you walk in, they don't hesitate to spend time helping you find EXACTLY what you need, and, they are simply personable ladies! I've been to other stores, and they just don't compare to the Dover location!

there was this wonderful worker named cassidy who helped my brother and i today. we don’t dye our hair that much so we had no idea what to get, but she helped us and was very nice. she even wrote down steps for us on a card in case we needed help. there was really great customer service!

I have never been so disappointed in a company like I am with sally beauty . Letting a district manager , kick out all the employee and store managers they want so that way they can move their friends in. Not giving a chance to anyone who wants to move up and has the potential to move up. They don’t want to deal with anyone they are not friends with or do not like . Hopefully this gets handled .

I didn't catch her name, but she was absolutely fantastic tonight! Helped me pick out quality bleach and purple. Very knowledgeable, fun, and friendly!
