I normally don't do reviews. Hats off to Tiffany at Sally Beauty Supply in Dover Delaware. It's so nice to walk and get the best service. I came in the store so mad at myself because I put so many chemicals in my hair that my hair was brittle and has turned Green. Tiffany took her time with me and show me which product works best for me, not only did she explained it to me she also marked each bottle so that I would know how to apply the application. I was so happy and so please with the service as well as her wonderful, skillful and knowledgeable as herself. Thank you Tiffany for being the person that you are I wish alot of people was just like you. I will definitely be back and on TOP of that I'm NEW TO THE AREA. HAVE A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY.

Had a fabulous trip to Sally Beauty, they had EVERYTHING we needed - thanx a million for a fabulous shopping experience!

They did not update their hours online to reflect opening late and closing early. Why anyone would think not to do this during Christmas is beyond me. I understand not being open during to being understaffed but the professional thing to do is update it online instead of putting a hand written sign out front

If I could give zero stars I would . I came in to look for hair products for my 4c texture hair , as an African American female most products don’t work for my hair . And I vividly remember an older Caucasian woman with blonde hair made a remark to me and said that a certain product “helped get the naps out of the back of her head “ while she had straight thin short hair and I felt offended because I’ve struggled with finding the right hair product that is healthy for my hair , and portrayed as If she had knowledge on 4c course hair .

Many products that you cannot get in a chain drug store, but the reliable lines of beauty products are not consistently available. I like shopping like a hair stylist and enjoying some perks as a frequent flyer. The issue is that the store is understaffed and the sales staff is not particularly knowledgeable or friendly. I’m looking for advice but it wasn’t there. So sorry, only 2 stars. Also, it’s kinda gritty.
