Jessica spent probably about 40 minutes with me helping me pick the right products for what I wanted. She even got a mannequin head out and showed me how to properly die my hair. I just finished and I am very happy with the final product. Thank you for all you help Jessica :)

Employees give unsolicited and wrong advice. Came in for a specific wella toner to tone the highlights in my extensions and was told I can’t use toner on my hair. I had my tired baby with me, and naturally I was distracted and stressed so made a quick decision to follow her advice as she seemed very confident and insistent on me buying a Demi permanent color instead. The color she insisted that I buy turned my brand new extensions from a level 8-9 honey blonde to a dimensionless chocolate brown. I called and was told I could come in and they “could do a color remover for me” which to any reasonable person sounds like a free compensational item to rectify the situation. It's rude to stop helping somebody and go walk off to help a bunch of other people . And lose a $400 hair extension sale. Just stood there while you walked off rang up other people. And you see I'm standing by the hair extensions that are all locked up and can't pull any more off until you come back over there waited while you help no less than four other people when you walked off with the last person I was done.
