⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional In-Store Service and Great Products! I recently visited Sally Beauty, and I was genuinely impressed. The staff provided the fastest, most efficient service — friendly, respectful, and professional from start to finish. They were knowledgeable about the products and helped me find exactly what I needed. Everything was well-organized, clean, and welcoming. It’s refreshing to see such great service delivered with good manners and a positive attitude. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Never answer the phone, cycles calls while saying theyre on the line but I called outside and looked into the store. Nobody was on the phone. She was texting on her personal phone. Called 4 times in a row, the automated system hangs up on you. Also... all they do is harass you and sell you things you dont need. None of them are educated. This location is HORRIBLE.

I have been a long time customer. I used to like coming here. People working here used to be educated, and know what they were talking about. I have dark brown hair. I was being told to buy dark blonde ash hair with no bleach... that will not cover anything plus that was not what I was looking for. They just get sales people working who harass you through the store and push products on you.. then the worker assumes you do not know how to color your hair and push you to try and buy a brush and bowl.. how about you ask first? I was just put off by my experience last time. I am going to start with another location.

My daughter went in to get hair dye and the girl helping her was nice but most of been new my daughter asked if she could use a number and she said let me ask my manager. The manager said no. I went in and the women in there was rude she had a ring in her nose. I was talking to her about what happened she said we can't do a credit card number. I said what are you talking about. I said I wanted to use my friend's number. She said receipt I handed it to her she grabbed it out of my hand. And she said we'll have to do an exchange and buy it again. She likes to sign here. I told her don't have to get an attitude with me she said all I said was signature. I told her I will be calling your manager she said ok. I will not be going back here. And I will tell my friends and family not go to Lancas

Went to this location after I went to the union road location and they didn't have what I needed up and wouldn't check for me, got to this location and they also didn't have the color I needed so the younger lady with all red hair checked the shipment that just came in and found the color I needed. She was awesome and her customer service skills were amazing sad I didn't get her name. Came in on 7/24/17
