I love sallys for nails and this one imparticular is the closest to me n I go to it every Saturday or Sunday except today I went on a Friday n a different young lady is in there I've spoken with her before, I remember cuz of how short n rude she was with me. I let it go cus ppl have bad days. Until she acted same way to me today. Short, rude uneducated about any and all products in the store. Unwilling to help any further and only says I can only tell u what it says on the bottle. Needless to say I won't go bk to that one because of her n I know, she'll say good one less person to deal with but one day a person is not gonna be so nice bout it.

Kandy (beautiful woman with short curly hair) was amazing—super helpful, patient, and really knew her stuff. I had a lot of questions, and she took the time to walk me through everything without rushing me. In a time when good customer service is hard to find, she really stood out. A true asset to the team!

Kandy also helped me! She was amazing and really took the time to show me numerous products. Good customer service is so hard to find, she deserves a raise!

Went into pick up my online order thought things were going great I've never did a pick up before I sign the slip and walk out the front door get to the car only to see more than half the order missing. When I went back in and asked what's going on I was hit with you should have gotten an email that we didn't have those items I explained I never did and the woman behind the counter never mentioned that anything was missing or I would have canceled the order. She proceeded to go back and forth with me stating it's not her problem. They were willing to let me walk out with a bag of just developer and no color. I tried to explain that it should have been told to me that they were out of the items before she handed me the slip. (Note the slip didn't have a total on it so I didn't know) after h
