Sally Beauty

I felt personally victimized at the Delafield Sally Beauty. We were basically scolded by the employee( maybe manager) about the hair dye products we were picking out. Gave me and my sister anxiety. Enough said.

I wish I could remember her name, but she was there Thursday and Saturday evening...red and black hair, green eyes. Anyway, she helped me with finding the best hair dye color and brand to achieve what I was going for, and also a great conditioner for said dye job. I'd never tried Arctic Fox before, but now I may never use anything else!! Did exactly what she told me to do, and I adore the results. She was extremely friendly as well. As for the empty shelves comment...it has tons to do with supply and demand, which is a big reason there arent more Arctic Fox colors there. If a big spike in demand is seen, the supply will follow. Unfortunately, it doesn't make sense business wise to stock up with things that may not sell well across the board. I will definitely be returning for my future hai

Lauren, the manager, went above and beyond to help me find product that was being discontinued. She reached out to other stores in her district and asked each of them if they had any of the products left. She found one store with one of the products and she went and picked it up for me, so I didn't have to drive all that way! That is truly customer service! Thanks, Lauren!

I have never had a bad experience here. I have natural brown hair and i made the decision to go from brown to blonde to blue and now pink and the ladies who have worked with me have always guided me in the right direction with healthy dyes and ways to keep my hair healthy while dying it so often. I absolutely love this place!

The girlfriend and I were treated with care and respect. Very educated answers as well and great customer service makes this the best place to go for any hair/nail accessories. Thank you Nicole for being wonderful!
