My daughter is there in Del Rio came in to purchase a blow-dryer, she was very unsure of which product to purchase. Just so corporate is aware, your telling customers they should just shop at Marshalls! You were very rude to my daughter, as she was apologizing to you for apparently making you mad because she was having issues picking out what she wanted! She ended up returning the product and never will return.i know for a fact, because we family n Sally's corporate office, the cusmer always comes first, and you definitely do not be rude to them when returning product they are unsure of. Do better!

I have a question. I bought Age beautiful hair color but I don't know how much of the developer I have to use with it. It is the 20 volume. Somebody help please.

The manager scolded a new employee for not making enough sales loud enough for customers to hear. She said "a slow day is no excuse for not meeting sales goals, its your responsibility" for about 15 minutes straight. Then after all that, they wouldn't price match a products price on their own website. Or take a return that sallys corporate phone line told me was valid.

Went in for a door dash order and customer service representative was very helpful, fast, and efficient! I was in and out in minutes. Thank you so much!

Just came from there!!! I bought a few things and the young lady handed me my items and I asked her could you please put it in a bag, she said that would be extra...oh my God!! humans have gotten so greedy!!! I canceled my transaction, they can keep the merchandise for all I care!!! I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN 😡
