Elaine was a blessing to me! I went in a couple weeks ago looking for a fix to my wonky colored hair. My bleaching process was turned topsy turvy when they changed the formula to the Clairol bw2 bleach. Luckily, I went into Sally’s looking for a product I had seen on TikTok, it’s been discontinued. Elaine showed me a bleach that she thought would lift my hair to the icy white I was looking for. It worked like a charm! She was informative and helpful, very glad with my finished result.

The last time I was in this store I felt as though the employee was following me as if I was going to steal. I was there yesterday and there were quite a few customers who were white and the two employees were off to the side packing and talking soon as I stepped into the store the employee moved to the aisle and started watching me. Meanwhile there was a white middle aged woman who pushed a few items in her purse! I suggest you train your employees to watch all customers, not just the black ones. Ridiculous

I wish I caught the associate’s name, but I received excellent service today! This was Friday, August 8 at around 6 PM. The associate answered all of my questions was extremely Informative, Knowledgeable & kind & even recommended specific products based on my goal. I very much appreciate the service this location provides

Please be aware that at this store the cashier looks spanish both of them charge products that I even didn’t purchase and twice the product she did charge me $13.89 that it supposed to go back to my credit card, the worse was when I came back to the store they both Spanish cashier treating me like I was the one who was stealing the store checking the product She charged me intentionally that’s the way the cashier eats their lunch and Starbuck stealing from clients.. I would like to speak with owner of the store.

Never have I ever been treated like a thief, the older “mature” woman was watching me literally no shame, at the end of the aisle arms crossed as if I went over my time to shop. She’s rude and spoke Spanish thinking I couldn’t understand her, (I am fluent in Spanish) from the moment I asked her help with a product she had a nasty attitude. It’s not the first time either. ( I understand people have bad days we’re human.) She’s really nice to her Spanish speaking clients though. This place doesn’t always have what I need either. Finding a different beauty supply store. ✌🏽
