This was my first visit, I was interested in getting a gel nail kit. The staff did not show much interest, felt like they wanted me to buy more. We located on one choice and this was the only box in-stock. No additional help in what I was trying to do, perhaps give me other choices. I went ahead a purchased the kit, was around $40. Today I decided to try it out, the nail beds are very thick. I followed the direction, trimmed them to size, which is short for me. I was unable to open the brush on glue and finally when I did it was totally dry inside. The kit includes a tiny tube of liquid glue, this would not hold. I has sanded my nail beds and cleaned them, still no bond. I only needed to glue on two tint tips as seen in my photo. This was the color quick dip kit by All Season Pro

First and foremost I’m so frustrated and disappointed with the service I had from Raquel. Honestly, I’m shocked she’s even in a management position. I came in believing the staff would be helpful and knowledgeable. I expressed that I needed help with a specific color I wanted done to my hair. She advised me she knew exactly what products I could get. I even showed her a picture of the color with one side black and the other red. When we went to the colors she pulled out a box and said, “ this is the color from the picture you showed me that you want. “ She did state that it might come out light or dark but either way it would be red for sure. That was fine I was aiming for red regardless the tone. I took down my hair and she said yes get two boxes of each color. Then she grabbed the develo

Saturday my daughter and I were shopping for toner to fix a home bleaching snafu. Gabby was so helpful and gave us great practical advice. I will happily shop at this location again! Ask Gabby’s help she is fantastic!

I always receive great customer care whether shopping in the store or even calling and having them pull items to be picked up. I’m always met with a warm welcome. I am leaving this review because I just called them to pull an item for my husband to pick up and noticed that they have a four star review. People often do not leave a review when they’ve had a good experience, but people will go out of their way to leave a negative review because something didn’t go their way. I’ve never had a negative experience at any Sally’s beauty supply that I have shopped at.

I was able to find everything I needed and wanted at an amazing price.
