Let me tell you about Mia!!!! She is an angel and I’m so grateful for her. I came in after I used Color Oops to remove the burgundy out of my hair. My hair was a super coppery orange when I came in. I showed her pictures of my natural color which I wanted to return to but I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do a semi permanent just in case I didn’t like it. She advised me to do a Semi permanent in a certain color that she picked out for me and that if I liked it, I could do a permanent of this other color that was the same. In my head, I was doubting a little because it looked like it would be too dark. It is absolutely perfect and just like my natural color!!! I can’t wait to return to get some permanent dye in that same color. Thank you, Mia!!

I should’ve taken the bad blue hair job as a warning sign — it matched the attitude perfectly. The sales associate acted like every simple question was a personal attack. She was quick to get offended and not much of a listener. I came in ready to spend money and left feeling like there was no one there who could give an educated suggestion. If you’re looking for good service or actual beauty advice, save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else.

Very nice and clean and we'll maintained. The guy inside was very helpful and was helping a few people at a time. He helped me and I checked out in a few minutes. He seemed to be very knowledgeable on what I was looking for and what sold best. Would recommend.

Truly Knowledgeable staff helped to locate exactly what I was looking for. She shared her knowledge of the hair colors and helped with some maintenance products. I was pleasantly surprised that it was the associates favorite Shampoo and Conditioner. Such a great location and friendly, knowledgeable staff.. A must visit location!
