I had an amazing experience at this Sally Beauty! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Andy was amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me with everything I needed for dyeing me and my kids hair. She recommended the best products, explained the process clearly, and made me feel confident about doing it. Highly recommend this store!

I placed an order online in store pick up and I got off of work at seven and online at the time said they close at 8 but now it's different of course. I arrive at 7:06 and the girl is sitting up front with her feet propped up with a notebook and pen writing something and so I go to open the door and it's locked. The lady doesn't move just her head and says sorry we're closed. I told her that I purchased somethings online and I was there to pick them up and she says no I already counted the drawer. Whoop dee doo! So yeah that's bs and she can refund my card for those products I already purchased and I'll spend my money somewhere else! Thousands of $ somewhere else! Tried to go to the store yesterday at 2pm. They were closed. Decided to not let that deter me from getting what I wanted. I did a store pick up for one product at a different location and a 2 hours delivery for the other product I wanted. Got my one product. Would recommend the mall of Georgia location they were amazing! The 2 hours delivery I have still not received. Reached out to the help line about the order today. They said the order diverted to the cumming location and they called the store and they did not answer “they seem to be closed today”. I asked if I could get the delivery from another store and they told me they could not and only cancel my current order. Where are these people at?

Walked in to be told they did not have sage hair tonic. I asked to see hair products for men. Picked up a bottle for purchase. Asked to throw away an empty can. Was told i can throw it away outside. No sale, i will not be back. I will not pay to be trated bad. There are other places where people are civil. I will not be back or recommend this location.

Went to this location to purchase a few things! My total came to around $35. The manager refused to take cash ($100 bill) as my method of payment. She said she only had one $20 bill in her register and it was 12:20pm! Being a business owner myself of 11 years , I hardly doubt that Sally's Beauty is operating their stores with only $20 bill in the register! I don't know what her problem was but she definitely doesn't have any customer service skills!
