This Sally's in Lavale,MD is a bit pricey but sometimes due to lack of stores is the only option. Customer service is okay. Could be a little more cleaner inside also.
Went in to just get shampoo& the employee was helping an older lady find eyebrow liner for 10 minutes saw me waiting to pay and ignored i was there, i had people waiting in my car so i left went over to cosmoprof and got a better deal!I understand first come first serve but when you cant find what the customer wants& refuses to to quickly ring up a purchase, it makes for bad buisness!
Not shopping here again. Every time I go in they follow me to every aisle like I’m going to steal something. Not worth the disrespect. Just because I’m black doesn’t make me a thief.
Was not sure what to buy, but the sales lady was very helpful. Had alot of questions and she was patient and answered all of them in ways I understand and didn't act as if I was bothering her.
Great selection of hair care products. If you like to cut your own hair they also sell clippers. Prices are pretty good for this area.
