Sally Beauty

I have only been to this store once and will never return. I purchased top coat and base coat for my nails, wasn't given a receipt for my purchase. Went home to find it cheaper and a better brand I wanted. Upon returning to the store I'm told I can't get anything better than a gift card for my cash purchase BC IM NOT A MEMER!!!! I'm not a member bc I don't use this store..... I informed the cashier and was told no there options. So now I have lost money and respect for this place. Horrible business!!!!!!

went in was looking around the girl behind the register was real snarky and really rude and spoke to her manager out enough to where I can hear saying "she's literally taking forever ive been up here watching cat videos" then proceeded to ask if I needed anything. moral of the story I will not be back Sally's in crosslanes has gone down all I can say is if you don't wanna work customer service find another job 🤷🏼‍♀️

When I came in to the Crosslanes Sally’s, I met the store manager Linda. She was AMAZING! She helped me find all the best products, and helped me fix my hair for the dance auditions that I was headed to. Without her, I’m not sure I would’ve made it to the auditions. She should get a pay raise!!
