Kennedy was very sweet and friendly and helped me with no time to waste she has the experience and knowledge I was looking for. I needed hair dye and she helped me really fast 10/10 idk why this location has so many bad reviews I never have a bad experience

The staff assisted me in finding a temporary hair color for my Halloween costume, and the picked the exact shade that I needed for my costume. Extremely helpful and would come here again!

Ashley provided excellent customer service. I was coming from Illinois for a product. Ashley checked that the product was in stock. I mentioned that we were going to Maplewood, MO. Ashley told me that the Richmond Heights store was closer for me and she called that store to hold the product for me. Ashley is the true definition of how costumer service should be. Thank you, Ashley!

I visited this location because it was the only one that had the product I needed in stock. Unfortunately, my experience with the representative was disappointing. She lacked enthusiasm and did not offer any meaningful assistance. When she asked what brought me in, it was done in a very nonchalant manner from behind the counter, which didn’t feel welcoming or engaging. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it can be used constructively—there’s always room for growth. However, based on this experience, I’m unlikely to return to this particular location.

For a novice wanting to try out nail polishes, the associate was a wealth of knowledge! She explained the different brands, what you need to prep your nails, and options for more natural polishes. I glanced at the hair color section too; there were lots of pretty shades!Thanks for the help!
