Me and my girlfriend love shopping at this Sally’s beauty compared to any other location. They have great selection, prices and the employees are to die for. Special shoutout to Palo, they are amazing, super helpful and extremely sweet! They always make us want to return to Commack Sally’s! They are simply the best!

Rushed after work and got to the store 5 minutes before they were supposed to close. Door locked lights off and the girl standing there shaking her head like I was at fault. The sign says you’re open till seven. You should be open till seven.

Absolutely horrible. I have never written a review for anywhere but i needed to because of this situation. I went and bought Wella Toner T18 to tone my highlights which I have done before and two of the employees told me to buy Ion 20 Volume because its better for your hair… which dyed my entire head. Meaning my brown hair turned orange. The best they could do is have me come back and return the products. Very uneducated staff.

Devyn was from the beginning was super amiable, empathetic, informative, and welcoming. She helped me as soon as I walked in and I was able to find the products I needed. Kindness and patience goes a long way! Thank you, Devyn!
