Experience is always great. They take their time with each customer and very knowledgeable about the hair products.

Awful customer service. I will NEVER go back. I have been a customer for years but current management obviously cares nothing for the customer. The sign on door said open at 1100 must have on mask to enter. Well, at 1130 I was standing out side with mask on and no one assisted me. The door was locked. I called multiple times but in answer. This is the second time I came to the store and was ignored. The first time I was waiting outside and the associate arrived to work, entered the store and locked the door behind her. Another customer was waiting outside as well. We had both driven more than 30 miles. It is ridiculous.I understand Covid 19 is a factor, but the hours of operation are plainly posted ..but not adhered to

I arrived at 7:54pm and lights off outside, and couldn’t tell if the store was open. Some lights turned off inside store. I needed to run in and grab a product and door was locked. Male at the register had earphones in and didn’t even look at the door and give any explanation of why closed during business hours. Rude..as I’m emailing you, lights off and employees are walking out of store 8:05pm. I deal with public everyday and we take customers up until 8:00pm. To have store cleaned up, register counted down and Everything done and walking out of store by 8:05 including clocking out is impressive! We can be fired for locking door early. Definitely will just start ordering my products from amazon.

This review is for the owners! This store has been without an AC for a month now! Get your stuff together people! You can’t have your employees and customers in the heat, especially this June Mississippi heat! The staff is amazingly nice every time I come in and I applaud them for working in this HOT store!

HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED!! I received terrible service here. The workers were more concerned with me applying for a credit card than receiving the correct products for my hair. I left with a credit card and half the products I came for. I had to go visit another location to receive better services.
