i keep my hair bright red so i’m often making trips to sally’s! harbison location is my fav; staff is always kind and friendly— shout out to Meadow for being a sweetheart and helping me with my order! 🩷

I wanted vibrant purple hair. I was immediately greeted and offered help, she advised me on the color I chose mixed with the perfect developer so I wouldn't have to lighten my hair first. She also suggested protein treatment for my hair, she was amazing!!! I wish I had gotten her name!! Thank you so much!!!!!

Purchased by mistake t-trimmers I already have so brought back unused, the next day w receipt and my 10 yr old son. The woman who later identified herself as “Nikki” said she had to call her manager to see if she could issue a refund. I explained I just needed an exchange as I still needed to cut my son’s hair. She went to the back to call, came back out very condescending and asked if I was sure I had not used the clippers. I said ma’am you can clearly see I have not used the clippers and you can clearly see my son still needs his hair cut? Nikki then went ballistic and stated, ma’am, ma’am don’t call me ma’am and told me to go get an exchange at a different location. I explained I purchased them at this location. Nikki then threatened to call the cops if I didn’t leave “her store”?!? T

Dawn was awesome and super helpful, she even carried my stuff through the store for me

Changed their hours to close at 5pm and have not updated on Google. Drove 30 minutes out of my way to come here, got to the door at 5:05pm, and was unable to be let in to get 1 simple item. There were others still in the store as well.
