They have a lot of good products and some of the workers have really good advice. Whoever packs the delivery orders needs a new pair of glasses though. I ordered one singular thing, ion jet black. Instead I get some old lady’s order that’s not even near what I got. I got the delivery too late for me to go and fix it and needed my hair done tonight. I paid an extra $10 for delivery because it was one singular thing and I hate being a pain in the butt. So $20 for something I didn’t order…thanks

The package doesn’t match whats inside , the workers seem clueless , and they dont have information for everyone hair type simple

Went in after one of the worst salon visits of my life.. was a mess like falling apart.. I don’t remember the employees name but she had a green/ yellow stripe in her hair. She helped me so much! I ended up being able to color and cut my hair at home! I already feel better now I just have to get use to the length of my hair!

Walked in and was almost immediately helped! I was new to coloring my hair with anything other than a box dye from Walmart😭 and one of the employees was very helpful and super kind! Ended up with not only all the stuff I needed but also all the advice!!!
