Sally Beauty

Cashier was rude and unprofessional. My friend went in about 10 minutes before closing knowing exactly what she needed, we were in and out in a few minutes and the cashier felt the need to be extremely snarky and condescending. She said that they “normally close early on Sundays.” Working a customer service job is not easy but it is not an impossible feat to be pleasant.

The sales associate was extremely helpful as i did not know what to get to dye hair pink.

The girl who helped me yesterday was awesome! Alyssa or Andrea or something, I can’t remember her name but she had long curly blond hair! Anyways, she got me a discount, and no matter how many times I’ve been to Sally’s here in college place or in Pendleton, NO ONE has ever mentioned I had a coupon. So I appreciate her and I I love the store in general even if no ones ever offered me a coupon!

The girl with the orange hair and glasses was very rude to me when I asked for help she seemed more interested in her phone than any of the customers in the store. When I asked for her name she refused to give it to me and I will no longer be shopping there!!

I went in to find a certain product that I needed. The girl at the cash register had a wool hat on and was standing there watching me look for it. The other girl knew I was looking for it and she finally spoke up. What a horrible experience. I'll never go there again.
