Went in there to get color remover that i didint want to use gave me a less damageing version of it and did not tell me to buy bottle for product and when i ask her she said she did not know and too look it up never coming here ever worst place ever

been going to sally’s since i started dying my hair about 10 years back, i understand that upselling happens normally don’t buy it but understand the need to do it in the job, the last time i went in i had the sweetest lady, she saw me buying bleach to re color her hair and noticed i had a curly texture and brought me over a product that would help keep my hair hydrated and curly instead of the normally straw like unlike i can get a mask in there. wasn’t even one of the upsell items she just thought of my hair! i wish i got her name because it was a wonderful experience thanks to her and my hair looks amazing!

Came in the other day just shopping. I was checking out the lipstick as I have been looking for a color that matched me for months and asked if one of the ladies could help me pick one. I wish I had gotten her name because she helped pick a shade that was PERFECT. I absolutely love it. Also this store is always very clean and everyone who works here is so helpful and kind.

USE CAUTION WHEN OPENING A CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT IN THIS STORE!!! The employees at this location are less than knowledgeable, and are more focused on signing you up for a credit card then mailing the statement and card to an old address, which you've updated in store multiple times. Not worth the hassle, especially if you have any sort of life lock type security on your accounts. It makes it very hard to pay your bill, let alone get a replacement card and cancel the one they lost. Myself and my friend whom this happened to have been long time customers of this store, and will not be returning.

If I could give negative five stars I would. The level of incompetence of the employees at this store is horrible. I rarely ever give a bad review, but this one is well deserved. They convinced me to sign up for their credit card, which was a big mistake. I have had perfect credit for close to 20 years and I never pay anything late. The day I opened the account was Nov 22nd 2023. I've yet to receive the card, or a bill. To say this store, where I signed up for the card has been even slightly helpful would be an understatement. Multiple calls later to their customer service department, I find that they put an old address on my account, which I specifically told them not to do. I gave them my current address multiple times and stressed that this is the address needing to be on the account. T
